1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our repair services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Service Description

Same Day Mac Repair provides device repair services for Mac computers, iPhones, iPads, gaming consoles, and related electronics. Services include but are not limited to:

• Hardware repairs and replacements
• Software troubleshooting and installation
• Data recovery services
• Diagnostic assessments
• Upgrades and maintenance

3. Service Estimates

All repair estimates are subject to change upon physical inspection of the device. We will contact you if additional repairs are needed beyond the initial estimate. No work beyond the original estimate will be performed without your approval.

4. Warranty Policy

All repairs performed by Same Day Mac Repair include a 90-day warranty covering:

• Parts replaced during the repair
• Labor for the specific repair performed

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or issues unrelated to the original repair.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. For corporate accounts, net 30 terms may be available upon approval.

6. Device Abandonment

Devices left at our facility for more than 60 days after repair completion or estimate delivery without communication will be considered abandoned. We will make reasonable attempts to contact you before this occurs.

7. Liability Limitations

While we take every precaution to protect your data and device, Same Day Mac Repair is not responsible for data loss. We strongly recommend backing up all data before bringing your device in for service. Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided.

8. Coupon and Discount Policy

Promotional offers and coupons are subject to the following terms:

• Cannot be combined with other offers unless specified
• Must be presented at time of service
• Not valid on previous purchases
• We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
